Characteristic:
- Corrosion resistance: It contains about 18% chromium and 8% nickel, and can form a dense oxide film on the surface. It has good corrosion resistance in environments such as atmosphere and water, and can resist general acid-base corrosion.
- Mechanical properties: It has good toughness and ductility, with tensile strength ≥ 515MPa, yield strength ≥ 205MPa, elongation at break ≥ 40%, and can withstand large deformations without fracture.
- Physical properties: Density of 7.93g/cm ³, melting point of 1398-1454 ℃, thermal conductivity of approximately 16.2W/(m · K), coefficient of linear expansion of (17.3-18.7) × 10 ⁻⁶/℃.
- Appearance: the 304 stainless steel coil presents a smooth and shiny metallic texture, with good decorative properties. It can be processed through various methods such as stamping, bending, welding, etc. to produce products of various shapes and sizes, meeting the needs of different customers.
- Processing performance: It is easy to process and shape, and can be made into various shapes of products through various processing methods such as stamping, bending, and stretching. It has excellent welding performance and can maintain good performance after welding.
